Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker
This was so easy to make and turned out great! I cooked a 4.5 lb loaf for about 8 hours (3 hrs on HI, 5 on low). I took out the meet and stored the juices in a separate container, then put it in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, I removed the solidified fat from the juice, put the remaining juice and meat back into the crockpot to reheat for about an hour. Served it with Kings Hawaiian Rolls and some macaroni salad. Delicious! Amazing how only 3 ingredients could make such an excellent meal!
