Mexican, I can't get enough mexican! I also love to bake, I have been told often that I should open up a bakery because my cookies are untouchable!

Triple-Cheese Macaroni

I loved this. I used mini penne pasta, only about 1/4 tsp black pepper, and a healthy squeeze of mustard (maybe a tbsp). I let it sit before serving...about 20 minutes, and I thought it was fabulous.

Toasted Pumpkin Seeds with Sugar and Spice

Made a batch of regular, and a batch of these. my son picked these as the best. I only used 4 tbsp sugar overall, but next time would use maybe only 2. I had about 1.5 cups of seeds.
