Southern as You Can Get Collard Greens
Well, to begin with I am a real southern gal and this recipe was right up my alley. I didn't make any changes and I did as someone else had done and cooked the ham hocks in the crockpot the night before with all the liquids. These were excellent. Definitly a keeper for this old southern gal and her hillbilly husband.

Family-Style French Toast
So good and so easy to make and clean-up was a breeze. The only change I made was to add to the eggs and milk mixture 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract. This is a keeper:)

Chicken Dumpling Strips
I didn't make any changes. We loved them just they way they were. Reminds me of the ones my Grandmother used to make:)
