Beef Stew VI
I don't usually follow recipes, but the reviews for this stew were all so good that I decided to stick to the recipe as closely as possible. And it was great! I didn't think it needed the cornstarch and I didn't have celery. Excellent recipe, and very easy. Thanks!

Caesar Salad Supreme
This dressing was amazing! Lots of garlic and very creamy. I left out the anchovies since my husband doesn't like them, but it was still the Caesar taste I love. I added milk to thin it rather than oil and substituted 1/2 cup plain yogurt for some of the mayonnaise. Very easy to make, and inexpensive too.

All American Apple Pie
Oh wow! This pie is so good, and so easy! I wanted a real American apple pie to serve to our friends in France. They loved it and several asked for the recipe. Merci!
