Mom's Zucchini Bread
By far the best zucchini bread I have even eaten. Mine took a full hour to bake. I made a few changes to make it healthier: substituted 1 of the cups of white flour with whole wheat flour and substituted 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce for 1/2 cup of oil. For the sugar I used 1 cup white, 1/2 cup brown and 1/2 cup Splenda. I added 1/2 tsp of nutmeg and omitted the nuts because my family doesn't care for them. I'm eating it warm right now; it's AMAZING!!

Dill Dip II
This recipe was just okay. I followed the recipe exactly and wasn't very thrilled with it. I prefer a ranch dip instead. I won't make it again.

Simple Turkey Chili
We really enjoyed this recipe. My family does not like ground turkey, but since we are trying to eat healthier I thought I'd try this recipe since the reviews said it doesn't even taste like turkey. It's true! I did make some modifications: used diced instead of crushed tomatoes, added 2 generous tbsp of tomato paste and cut the cayenne pepper in half. I didn't smash the kidney beans either. I don't like spicy foods, so even though I halved the cayenne it was still a bit too spicy for me. Next time I will try halving the chili powder and see if that helps. Overall, it is a great recipe and I will definitely make it again!
