Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Best pancake recipe I have ever tried. My 4-year-old insisted we put marshmallows in them, they came out delicious. They turned out to be more of a carmelized pancake. :)

Home-Style Brown Rice Pilaf

This was delicious! I modified it a bit working with what I had on hand (i.e. pecans instead of cashews.) Overall, it is a great recipe, very flexible with ingredient preferences. I look forward to trying it as is!

I gave this 4 stars only because my family and I aren't huge sour cream fans, otherwise it's a 5. We cut the amount of sour cream in 1/2. However, I have made this for many friends and neighbors. Everyone asks for the recipe! This meal feeds my family throughout the week!

Mexican Bean Pie

Fantastic! I prepared this for a family dinner with a couple vegetarians in attendance. We planned to have mexican, but having vegetarians we were concerned what to make for them to enjoy. This went over very well. Not only did the veggies like it, everyone else really enjoyed it too.
