Quick,easy, healthy and budget-friendly! What else can you ask for. I use fresh broccoli when it is available. I also use a blend of vegetable broth and chicken broth. Just love this recipe. Thanks so much for sharing!

Hermit Bar Cookies

Love these cookies! I found the spices to be adequate but next time I will increase by one half and add some walnuts. (just a personal choice)

Slow Cooker Beef Barley Soup

This soup is so easy to make and enjoyable to serve. I put the leftovers in the freezer but found myself defrosting them the next day when my husband was asking for more.
