My cooking tragedies
I decided to make a fabulous Carrot Cake for a family party. I forgot to add the carrots. Everyone calls it my carrotless carrot cake. It turned out pretty good though, tasted more like a pineapple-spice cake.

Hot Fudge Pudding Cake II
I made this for my husband for a Father's Day dessert. It was incredible and reminded us of a restaurant "lava cake". Thanks, this one will be made again and again.

Herb Roasted Pork
The whole family loved this. The sauce is excellent. I used apple cider vinegar instead of plain vinegar. Will make again and again. Thanks!

Garlic and Dill Salmon
This is amazing!! My first time making Salmon at home so I was nervous. I didn't use a food processer. Minced fresh garlic and added fresh dill with olive oil. I also grilled it outside instead of baking it. Great flavor! I am glad I have leftovers for lunch today!
