Mashed Sweet Potatoes
Perfect! That's all I can say. This was perfect in every way. Taste, consistency, and ability to fill my tummy!

Lentil Cakes (Patties)
These were perfect substitutes for hamburgers! I left out the bread crumbs because I didn't have any, but these lentil patties were still lovely. They were somewhat crumbly, so I think next time I will put all the ingredients in a blender so they really mix into one.

Chocolate Bread
This was delicious! I couldn't stop eating it! I did change it around a little by putting in two tablespoons of molassas. It was perfectly sweet. It's nothing like cake...it's bread, so you can't expect it to be oozing with flavour. Definitely a new favourite!
