Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Kim's Macaroni Salad

My boyfriend requests this every other week. It is his alltime favorite pasta salad. It is a nice change from the typical macaroni salad.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

I have a hard time with veggies but I pushed myself to try brussels sprouts. They were good straight out of the oven but not good reheated.
