Banana Bars
They were wonderful. A complete success in my house. (They were gone in half a day) I listened to the other reviewers and added 3 bananas instead of 1. I used butter instead of shortening (and halved it). I also only used 2/3 a cup of sugar. I also added an egg. Also, didn't have lemon juice...and it didn't seem to matter. Great snack!

Peach Muffins
They're pretty good. As it was said before the batter is REALLY thick and 1/2 cup of milk helps to cut it a bit. The only other problem I ran into was that the parts around the peaches (in the baked muffins) were very gooey and did not bake very well.

Cinnamon Honey Butter
A bit too sweet for me. I'm a cinnamon lover..so I doubled the cinnamon (next time I'd still add more). Everyone else loved it though. I also used low-fat Becel instead to lower the calorie and fat intake.
