I am a self taught cook. My mom never cooked so I grew up knowing little to nothing about cooking. It is now a hobby of mine. I love to cook just about anything. I am not afraid to try new receipes and look forward to new challenges. Italian is what my family will request me to cook, the most. My very first experience with cooking was on a gas stove and I did not reliaze that the flame needs to be adjustted based on what you are cooking. I cranked up the flame and proceeded to burn bacon to a crisp!
