I used frozen chicken which is very convenient. This recipe is delicious!!! I served it on top of baked potatoes and it was wonderful!

This casserole is delicious! Like a couple of other reviewers, I added some garlic and Tony's while I was cooking the squash. That really added flavor. I did not add the water and I was glad that I did not, it may have been too runny. The consistency was perfect and the flavor was wonderful! Will make again and again!

This mousse is outstanding! I agree that it does not make 16 servings...I think i made 5 with mine and that was perfect. I used Triple Sec because it is what I already had. I layered the mousse, rasp sauce, mousse, rasp sauce...in little glass bowls and it was perfect. Great recipe!
