Key Lime Pie VII

Awesome recipe! Foolproof - I only had a dolloop of sour cream; I added 3 egg yolks; such an easy recipe and my family thought it tasted resaurant quality.

This recipe is foolproof. I've made it several times, each time missing one ingredient or another, and it's always great anyway! Last night I made it basically as written, but didn't have a packet of dry dressing mix. I just added in a variety of dry ingredients, some wine, 8 oz of lite cream cheese and 2 cans of soup. TASTED GREAT ANYWAY!

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin

Excellent flavor. I used a few tblsp of cornstarch with cold water in place of the gravy mix. Also, took others' suggestions and used 1/2 wine, 1/2 beef broth. The absolute ease of prep makes this a 5 star!

Pecan Pie Cake I

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Muffins

Excellent muffin. Beats box recipe by a mile. Not too much sugar in it; I added two ripe bananas and used half whole wheat flour and only needed about 15 min. of cooking time. This is so much better than I expected it to be!
