Easy Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2009
We really liked this recipe! I used black beans , 2 green onions and 4 oz. of cream cheese in filling. Plus used enchilada sauce as suggested by others. They seemed to stick on the glass baking dish so next time I'll lightly grease the dish. Also I needed 8 tortillas for the quanity of filling. Thank you, IANKRIS this was a big hit.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

Thanks Stacy! Your recipe is great. I used fresh herbs still going strong in the garden, about 2-3 times the dry amount. Next time I'll cube the bread a litttle smaller than I did on my first try. I left out the liver and baked with a little more broth. I would say 6 servings instead of 10.

Szechwan Shrimp

This recipe just gets it right! I doubled the sauce (except the red pepper-I knew 1/2 t. would be plenty for us) Added fresh broccoli and snow peas and used fresh ginger. Really Good. Much better than our local Take-out!

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2009
I've made this lasagna 3x now, and everyone loves it! Much better than my old standard. I found that 1 and 1/2 teaspoons salt is just right for the sauce. I didn't change the salt in the cheese mixture. Thank you

Crustless Spinach Quiche

I thought 10 oz. of spinach was too much, even though I am a spinach fan. Next time I'll try 1/2 pkg. and cheddar. Overall very good.

Only had time to marinate for an hour and a half in a zip bag, then cooked on a gas grill. Everyone agreed- THE BEST!

Soooo Good! I cut the bread into 3/4 inch slices then assembled and baked just once. Try with homemade soup and a salad. Yummy.

A yummy easily adaptable recipe! We enjoyed 1/2 chicken and 1/2 sweet sausage. Also 1/2 fresh basil and 1/2 parsley. "Miss Piggy", here ate way too much!

Aussie Chicken

Great, and like a casserole, you can prepare ahead and put in the oven for a short bake time. A half batch of honey-mustard sauce would have been enough. Served with wild rice and fresh green beans. Hubby gave it a Two Thumbs Up. Thanks Rebecca!

Tasty, easy and perfect for a large crowd. After shredding, put back in crock with Sweet Baby Rays. You can't miss with this one! Potatoe salad and cole slaw are nice sides.

WOW! I made this for dinner last night and we loved it. I doubled the garlic, added 3/4t. red pepper flakes, 1/4t. sugar and sub. clam broth for water. Even better the next day when I had some for breakfast!

This is wonderful. I'll be making this often. Tons of flavor and zip. Great leftover also! Needed to cut back on the pepper a little for my family. 1 cup of bread crumbs and 1 egg is plenty. Many Thanks!
