Corned Beef and Cabbage I
Excellent. We followed the advice of some others and used beef stock and added lots of garlic and a handful of peppercorns. Very tastey!

Famous Pork Chops
Very good! We followed another's advice and butterflied a center cut chop and then tenderized the meat by beating it first and then finished it off in the broiler. We also used 1/2 Ritz and 1/2 plain bread crumbs and it was still sooo buttery tasting. This was the MOST tender I have ever had pork - seriously good!!!

Chicken Souiza Cornbread Bake
This is great! I add olives and omit the regular corn and just use the creamed. I also use a little more cheese - we like cheese! I make this for functions and company to dinner now!
