Chewy Coconut Cookies
This cookie is so well received by everyone that loves coconut. I bake these about once a month for our church and there is always an empty platter to take home. I tried adding extra flour and didn't care for them as well. If I have dried pineapple available I chop up and add about 1/2 cup (YUMMY). Thank you for the great and easy recipe.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
I hate to give a review on a recipe that I altered but these were so yummy. Not having raisins I used dried cranberries and not caring for cloves that much I substituted pumpkin pie spice...wow does it smell good in the kitchen. I think I could eat the whole batch......

Easy Peach Cobbler
Very good, I served it to the Ladys Bible Class today. It was well received, and I was ask for the recipe. I will try next time cutting the cream cheese into the cake mix because all the little white chunks with toasted edges looked a little strange on top ( but tasted delicious) I had some ripe nectarines and added to the peaches...yum
