Hearty Halibut Chowder
Awesome. So very good. Replaced all liquid with heavy cream. Just great!

Nanaimo Bars III
I have made these every Christmas. Growing up on Vancouver Island, they were a mainstay every Christmas. I would recomend cutting the bottom in half. I also doubled the chocolate squares and added a 1/4 cup heavy cream to make them easier to eat. Finally, I cooked the bottom so there was no worries about raw eggs. Enjoy!

Greek Style Potatoes
Very Good! I have been trying to find a recipe for these potatoes ever since I first tried them in the restaurant. This was just as good. I did cut the liquid down and I never covered them at all. Added seasoning salt. A definate "Let's have that again"
