Lemon Souffle Cheesecake with Blueberry Topping
Very good! But very time consuming and a lot of work. I don't think I would make it exactly like this again, because I can make a simpler recipe and still have a delicious homemade lemon cheesecake!

Lemon Custard Pudding Cake
Very good! I used 5 inch ramekins, and they turned out beautifully. They weren't sweet enough, but after sprinkling the confectioner's sugar, it was delicious. I also made some mini tart pastry shells, but it didn't taste nearly as good with the pastry.

Cream Cheese Tart Shells
The crust was very beautiful, but didn't pair well with my lemon cream custard filling. It was too firm and savory--something that would go great with a quiche.
