Golden Rum Cake
I just made this cake last night to bring to work. It was very easy to make and super moist. I got rave reviews over it and definetely the most moist cake I have ever made. I used Appletone Estates Rum as others have mentioned and it gave it a little exta added oomph. I am not a nut person at all, but they were a great addition. Great cake. I will make this many more times. Thanks for sharing!

Banana Crumb Muffins
These are by far the best banana muffins I have ever had or made. I made these for our bi-weekly charity bake sale at my work. They got rave reviews. Many people asked for this recipe and asked that I bring theses again next time. I did add 1 tsp. cinnamon and vanilla to the mix and switched out butter with 1/3 C.oil as others did. I also doubled the crumb topping - Yummy!!! Thanks for the wonderful recipe. It'll be the one I always use and pass on.
