Banana Crumb Muffins
I made this recipe twice and the second time I used a cup of mashed up apples instead of the bananas. The apple muffins dissappeared much faster than the banana ones! But both were very good.

Basic Cheesecake
Absolutely delicious! The best cheesecake I have ever made. I would put it above Chantal's NY cheesecake. I love the addition of the sour cream and especially the heavy cream. Everyone loved it.

Mom's Buttermilk Cookies
These were very good--the only thing that I found was that using 1/4 cup milk made the frosting too thin--next time I would decrease the milk used for the frosting
