Deluxe Garlic Ribs
I've made this a few times now. It's a huge hit with me and the guests. It's so simple and taste really great. Fix with some potatoes and salad and no one will leave hungry!

Chicken Chimi in the Oven
I made this for dinner last night and was quite impressed. It was very spicy which is exactly what I was looking for. After I took them out of the oven, I sprinkled some shredded cheese on top and served with sour cream, salsa and lettuce. I will definitely make this one again!
