Chicken Stew with Dumplings
To cut down on time, we used pre-cooked chicken quarters and bullion cubes to make the broth. Otherwise, followed the recipe as written and everyone liked it!

Garden Fresh Tomato Soup
I don't have a food mill, so I peeled and seeded my tomatoes beforehand and used a stick blender to puree them. I don't think one slice of onion is enough, so I wondered if the recipe meant one sliceD onion.

Honey Baked Chicken II
This was really good. I used leg quarters and less butter as other reviews suggested. Instead of pouring the sauce over it I brushed it on with a basting brush and added more a couple of times throughout the process. I also covered it with foil for the first 30 minutes or so and then took it off for the remainder so that the skin would crisp up.
