This was well received by all. We added extra hot wing sauce because it just wasn't spicy enough. It is a great recipe though!

Black Magic Cake

After making this as cupcakes for a friend to take to work, I was immediately asked to bake a gradutation cake; then two birthday cakes; and finally cake for 150 for a 6th grade ceremony! A lot of people really, really love this recipe and tell me that it is the best chocolate cake that they've ever had. This one will be my standard chocolate cake from now on. Thanks!!

Creamy Chocolate Frosting

This is a wonderful light frosting! Some frostings, chocolates in particular, then to be a bit heavy for my tastes but this one is perfect. I followed there recipe to the letter and am loving the results.

Buffalo Chicken Wraps

I absolutely loved these and so did the kids and husband. We will be making these when there isn't enough time to make real buffalo wings. This is a great recipe as is -- next time we may add cheese to it.

Quick and Easy Green Chile Chicken Enchilada Casserole

I prepared this recipe in a 9x13 and think it would be much better in an 11x7. I did not use 16 oz of monterey jack cheese, I only used 12 ounces and could have cut it back to 8 oz without any complaints. This was quite tasty and we will be making it again.

Shrimp Scampi III

This was very good. I did leave in the garlic and must say that it didn't adversely effect the dish. Other than that and adding some Parmesan cheese into the sauce (and on top) I followed the recipe exactly. Everyone loved it so I will be making it again!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

I made this for a meeting and was asked several times to make this for other families. The only cookies left that night were the few which didn't fit on the platter and had to stay at home. My husband ate them promptly. I am not a fan of peanut butter but for those who are, this is a very popular recipe!!

Vegetable Pizza I

Kings Flat Iron Steak Sandwich

This was very good - unfortunately flat irons are not available in my area but my butcher recommended sirloin steak instead. Everyone, even the kids, loved it. We will be enjoying this one again. Thanks!

Rick's Special Buttercream Frosting

Only rated at 4 stars because using 2 Cups of shortening gives the frosting a very greasy flavor and texture. I would very highly recommend using 1 cup butter/margarine and 1 cup of shortening. I also used around a half cup of milk instead of the recommended 1 cup.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

I hate meatloaf. My husband, however, loves the stuff and finds it annoying that we've had meatloaf twice in the nearly 8 years we've been married. I made this for Christmas dinner and he loved it, the kids loved it, and even I enjoyed it!! As others mentioned, I put the ketchup, ect ingredients on top of the meatloaf instead of on the bottom of the pan. I may start making meatloaf regularly now...

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

This is a great crust. It is very soft and chewy without being rubbery or excessively thick. I made two good sized pizzas from this recipe, so it makes plenty for my family. This is now my staple pizza dough recipe.

Taco in a Bag

I made these for my Girl Scouts camping trip and it was a very big hit. The girls absolutely loved it and the adults enjoyed the flavor as well as the ease of clean up. I know I will be using this when my family goes camping and it has already been requested for my next GS camping trip!

Fruit Salad Dessert

My 4 year old made this today with very little help. It turned out wonderful! We did leave out the pineapple because no one here likes it. Other than that we followed the recipe exactly. We will definitely be making this again!
