I love to cook and everything that goes along with it (especially the eating part) if it weren't for the clean up part I might cook constantly! I love to try new recipes...the ingredient search is super...just find a few things you need to get rid of, plug them into the search and you have a new recipes that just might be the next big hit! I think my favorite thing is my Mom's Christmas Dinner...we have a lot of typical dishes but put the meal together and it is decidedly a special occasion meal. That would be anytime I make something and it comes out as it should...I am terrible at following directions. Most recently my Au Gratin Disaster. I had some potatoes that were near the end and decided to concoct a cheese, butter, sour cream, potato dish that ended up as a hit with myself and my husband. But, not before it has to be drained, baked for an additional 20 minutes and finally broiled for 10 minutes to make it edible!
