Breaded Hamburgers
I really liked the breading on these. I thought they tasted pretty good. My husband cleaned his plate, but said they tasted like meatloaf. The onions didn't have a lot of flavor to me, but were nice and soft. Good, easy dish for the weeknight!

Simple Beef Flavored Gravy
This was so good! I've never made gravy without a packet before, and I thought it looked and tasted great.

Chicken Chimi in the Oven
Good healthier version of the deep-fried chimi. The cinnamon was different, but added a nice depth to the recipe. I used my spray oil instead of brushing with olive oil, and turned out nice and crisp.
