Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes with Ham
My whole family just loved this recipe. Its different and all ready when you need it. I cooked 7 hours on low. I changed the cream of mushroom to cream of celery (only because that is what I had) and I used milk instead of water. This is a favorite recipe that I will use again and again

Strawberry Meringue Cake
This cake is absolutely wonderful. Wow, everyone loved it. Also it is so pretty. Love to bring it out and hear the WOWs The only thing I changed was I cut down on the sugar. Other viewers were saying it was hard to get out of the pans so I used parchment paper. Worked great. After I slide the knife around the sides it just dropped out. I am certainly going to make this again. Thanks for the recipe.

White Fruit Cake
Delicious. This has got to be the best fruit cake I have ever made. A fair amount of work but worth it. Hubby loves fruitcake and thought this was one of the best. I followed the recipe exactly only leaving out the currents. I dont know what the hot water in the oven while cooking does, but it sure was moist. I am so happy I picked this recipe to do.
