About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
Egg rolls, Stir fried rice, stir fried vegetables and cooking on the grill, (or getting things ready for my husband to finish up on the grill)
My favorite family cooking traditions
Learning how to cook Vietnames food from my mother-in-law.
My cooking triumphs
My husband is Vietnamese, and after meeting him I learned to cook from his mom. I knew how to cook before then, but Mom taught me to cook authentic Vietnamese food. I have since learned to cook a variety of recipes and even have started cooking for our local Christian school auction. In 2007, we were left speechless when our "Oriental Dinner for 8" sold for over $800.00. That makes cooking the meal a whole lot of fun.

Edible Inner Tubes
A nice twist on tuna sandwiches, I used lowfat peppercorn ranch, (didn't have creamy Italian available). The breadcrumbs help so that it is not soggy. Will plan on using this recipe for camping in the summer, nice quick and easy recipe.

Robbi's M&M Cookies
My daughters who are learning the art of cooking and baking, thought this recipe looked and sounded good. However we were disappointed, just came out looking and tasting very bland.
