A mother of a 4-year old boy, I constantly search out interesting ways to serve healthy foods :) I love cooking pasta bakes, spanish tortillas and full roast dinners. Traditional English cuisine is fast becoming a favourite. I also excel at picnic/buffet foods. My mothers cheese and onion pie, her hotpots, meat pies and fabulous stews. traditional northern english fayre. when i first prepared chicken goujons for my son that he didn't complain about. Not my tragedy, but my dad added tomato paste to a beef stroganoff he was cooking. It turned out pink. We've never let him forget it and this happened 16 years ago............
