Teriyaki Chicken
i can't even tell you how amazing this chicken was. my husband wouldn't stop going on about it! thats when i know its good :) so moist so tender. perfect on a bed of rice. i used boneless skinless chicken breasts instead of a whole chicken. it turned out spectacular!

Fried Okra
my husband loved this recipe. i tried it but i found it way too gritty. i think i'll try it again with half cornmeal and half flour. the flavor is really good though

Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting
i made this for my husbands birthday cake. it was alright. really bitter (if anyone knows what i did wrong please tell) but people seemed to think it was fine. no one raved over it, including my husband
