Chocolate Toffee Cookies I
Very good cookie. Next time I will use more toffee. I also think I'll mix it by hand - the dough is fudgy, like a brownie and kept getting stuck in the mixer.

Hawaiian Chicken Salad
Excellant!! I made this for a Winter Luau 2 years ago and it's now my "go-to" recipe for luncheons. I eliminated the almonds (nut allergies) and use fresh chicken instead of canned. So sweet. Pretty with red grapes.
