Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
YES, YES, YES!!! Unbelievable, especially the chips! I followed the salsa recipe using Apricot preserves. I agree with other posters that it is a bit sweet but we liked it that way! I bought Cinnamon Sugar pita chips and also made the chip recipe here so we could compare. The homemade chips were significantly better and completely worth the time! I made some with the butter flavored spray but we thought it made the kitchen smell weird so i switched to brushing the tortilla with butter instead. LOVED IT!!!!

Chocolate Toffee Cookies I
Very good cookie. Next time I will use more toffee. I also think I'll mix it by hand - the dough is fudgy, like a brownie and kept getting stuck in the mixer.

Hawaiian Chicken Salad
Excellent!! I made this for a Winter Luau 2 years ago and it's now my "go-to" recipe for luncheons. I eliminated the almonds (nut allergies) and use fresh chicken instead of canned. So sweet. Pretty with red grapes.
