Bottom layer is three, 12" rounds, each one batch of "Pound Cake III", totalling 6" high. The top tier is three, 8" rounds, one and a half batches of "Pound Cake III" (with a round extra), also totalling 6" high. The cake is covered in white buttercream, royal icing beads and rosettes, red ribbon, and fresh roses on top.
