My favorite things to cook
I don't really have a favorite thing, but I cook chinese style foods most often. Ginger chicken, Egg rolls, Egg Foo Yung, a wide variety of stir fries, & pasta dishes.

Mostly cakes & desserts is what I have been raised with, Since I have adapted into a little bit of everything.

Meaty Thick Man Chili
My family and I enjoyed this recipe "EXACTLY" as written. It totally annoys me when no one gives the exact recipe a chance BEFORE they make it. The description was clear, MEATY and NOT tomato-ey. Why complain it has to much meat and not enough tomato? And why say 5 stars when you mean, made your way? Once the recipe is altered, it is nolonger the original recipe is it?

Classic Tiramisu
Very tasty. I have never tried Tiramisu before. My husband has been to Italy & ask me to look up a recipe for it, he said this was very close, but very good. I found it good as well. Will make again. Thanks.

Chiles Rellenos Pie
Very good dish, I did use pepper jack to give it a kick and enchilada sauce instead of salsa. Very good recipe, Thanks for sharing.
