Polly Welby's Excellent Chocolate Mousse
This just didn't turn out for me. I doubled the quantity to make 8 servings, followed the recipe to a T, and ended up with a bitter product with the consistency of spackle. Even my 8 yr. old who loves mousse delcared it "not good." I used expensive Ghiradelli chocolate. Sorry!

My Best Clam Chowder
This was simply scrumptious! I doubled to 16 servings for a family Christmas dinner and it made a crockpot full plus another generous 4-6 servings. I left out carrots, used bottled clam juice w/ juice from clams to cook veg instead of water. I added approximately 3T cajun seasoning and 4t tabasco sauce to add some flavor and heat. A keeper--thanks!

Grilled Marinated Shrimp
Sooo good! Made for Mother's Day lunch. We used frozen shrimp and it made them taste so fresh--no fishy or strong shrimp flavor. Everyone loved it. Thanks for a great recipe!
