Glazed Meatloaf I
Very Good recipe. I did double the sauce as others had recommended. I used a small can of tomato sauce plus ketchup for the top. My wife enjoyed this recipe very much as did I. It is sweet, but in this recipe that is okay.

Best Ever Sausage with Peppers, Onions, and Beer!
"IF" this is not the "Best Ever Sausage with Peppers, Onions, and Beer", I have no idea what is. I made this yesterday for a Family gathering of 30 in all age groups. It was a Hit! My Wife prepared everything else, must have been 10 other dishes prepared. Somehow it seemed as if I got all the credit for my tiddly little bit in preparing this dish. It was eaten by it self, over rice and on rolls. Thank you Very Much for this recipe. I did not have and could not find any fresh Oregano. I replaced with 1 tablespoon dry Oregano and 2 tablespoons fresh chopped Basil.

Green Chile Chicken Soup
Great Stuff! Thanks Ann... I did add a medium onion and Bell Pepper, sliced mushrooms, upped the amount of chicken and increased the Diced Green Chiles to 2 small cans. I adjusted the consistancy by adding water or milk as I saw fit. Simmered it a bit longer as well, just because I had nothing else to do. I served this over white rice, came out great. We will be having this again. This dish can be eaten as a bowl of soup, or served over Rice, noodles or what ever you desire. It's Very versatile when it comes to serving selections and advantages.
