As good as chilis! I did have some trouble wrapping them though... I would recommend a larger tortilla than what this recipe calls for. Also, you will have lots of left overs for some of the ingredients - like spinach & corn - so I'd recommend making at least 2 batches at a time... they won't go to waste! :)

AWESOMELY EASY & TASTES GREAT!! Doesn't get much better than this! I also think it would be good to make sandwiches from - you could even add bbq sauce. Very nice flavor from the liquid smoke & the meat was super tender... its a keeper!

YUM!! Served these at a party & they were gone before anything else! Had several people ask for the recipe to. These were wonderful! Very easy to make too!
