Well, I have no cooking teacher to speak of but at a young age I realized that I looved to cook and people loved it when I cooked! My father is form Cali and loves steak and my mom is completely polish! I learned to make perogies and alot of beef and potatoes! I have two children both very young, and spoiled husband! If everyone rants and raves about a dish my husband thinks it's "ok". I have to keep working at it, because if he likes it then I know it's good! My ultimate favorite thing to make is apple pie, but everyone loves my cakes. So I tend to make them more often. I cook everything of course, but you will allways smell pie or cake when you walk in our home. Bread, the only thing my "family" acctually made, and by family I mean my very polish grandmother! A homemade, completely from scratch, blues clues cake for my daughters birth-day. Oh yeah and the best sugar cookies in a 50 mile radius! FUDGE!!!!
