Basic Crepes
I had high hopes for this recipe, but they were not real crepes at all. Real crepes are supposed to be golden all over and have a delicate, more floury texture. These were thin, but rubbery and stiff. I'll keep looking for other recipes.

Buttery Cinnamon Cake
This cake was a bit stiff and dry and the whole syrup thing just did not work. It seemed all a bit sugary, and I regret to admit there is really nothing that special about the cake. Thank-you anyway!
