My favorite things to cook are foods that make me nostalgic. It's the feeling that makes you go "Ahh.." For me, that's almost any popular Taiwanese dish from the hundreds of different types of noodles (soup and dry) to the very simply veggie stir frys. Besides that, I also love to BBQ. Mainly, steak on a weeknight. It's simple and delicious--no one can complain!
