Good, but not worth the mess. Perhaps freezing them, or chilling them in between coating and frying would help.

Ten Clove Garlic Marinade

I used this on a London Broil (my husband's least favorite cut of beef) and he said that it was easily "the best London Broil" he'd ever eaten. Can't wait to use it on other cuts of meat!

Garlic Butter

The first time I made this I used Garlic Salt and it was WAY TOO SALTY, I dumped it and remade it with garlic powder. Terrific once the switch was made.

Pretzel Coated Fried Fish

Coated striped bass with this, and it created a nice crunchy shell. Next time I will definitely add more seasonings, but this was a great alternative to traditional breadcrumbs. Will definitely do instead of breadcrumbs from now on.

Brilliant Potatoes With Paprika and Caramelized Onions

Great recipe, but some of my more caramelized onions burned after the baking. Next time, I'm going to slice the potatoes, and not cook the onions as thoroughly as I did. Also, I'll reduce the amount of butter because it really wasn't needed all that much.
