Twice-Cooked Coconut Shrimp
Good, but not worth the mess. Perhaps freezing them, or chilling them in between coating and frying would help.

Ten Clove Garlic Marinade
I used this on a London Broil (my husband's least favorite cut of beef) and he said that it was easily "the best London Broil" he'd ever eaten. Can't wait to use it on other cuts of meat!
