this is now in the top 2 of my salmon recipes. i marinated the salmon in the morning so it didnt get the full 24 hours, but it was still very good. i also cooked the salmon in my oven for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees, per other recipe directions. i think this salmon would even be good if you didnt have time to marinade and just threw some sauce over it to cook and made the gravy to go with it. i was nervous about gravy on my fish, but it went perfectly with it. (in fact we went back for more gravy.) i had never used shiraz wine before, but i will now for sure.

YUMMY!!!!!! i followed caren's review tips also and it is good! i also used immitation crab meat and topped the enchiladas with olives for garnish. everyone loved them!!!! i do think i would add a bit more spice next time and maybe a little bit less flour for the sauce. it was good, but i think a little thinner sauce would be even better.

this dip is so-ooooo good, everyone told me it is better than the restaurants recipes. i followed directions almost exactly, with the exception of adding in romano cheese with the parmesan, i added a pinch of red pepper flakes, used "real bacon bits" instead of making my own, and i used the crock pot instead of the oven, so it would be easier for our party and stay nice and warm also. i served it with tortilla chips. also it is easy enough to make a day ahead and keep in the fridge until ready to put into the crock pot and heat. i will make this again for sure!!!!!!
