Blackened Salmon Fillets
awesome recipe! i've used it on chicken as well and is awesome. i cut the chicken into tender size strips or have also used chicken tenders. i used olive oil instead of butter....may smoke a bit more because of the low burn temp of olive oil, but just as tasty. i cut the cayenne pepper down to just a few shakes instead of 1 tablespoon! it was still spicy because of the pepper.

Mom's Chicken
pretty good. It was a bit odd smelling when all the ingredients where mixed together. Kept getting whiffs of the vinegar in the bbq sauce while it was cooking and was getting nervous that it would blow your sox off when done. It was actually much milder tasting than it smelled! Family liked it. Served it over rice. It was a bit salty, but i'm not sure how you would fix that since bbq sauce and onion soup mix are the only salty ingredients! overall, a good, quick easy recipe that i'll make again when i don't have much time for prep.

Party Chicken II
very salty, i'm wondering if you were supposed to soak the chipped beef first? with teh salt in the soup and bacon, the beef sent me over the edge. otherwise it was okay. very similar to my grandma's recipe except my grandma's is easier and has fewer ingredients. 2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup, 1 16oz container of sour cream chicken and bacon. wrap the chicken with the bacon, mix soup and sour cream and pour over the top. bake at 250 for 3 hours. the chicken falls apart.
