I am married and a mother of 2 boys. I have a large extended family and I'm usually called apon to do most of the family's baking! I love to cook and bake. I have also taken and received a diploma in cooking and catering. Some of my other hobbies include knitting and reading. I play volleyball and ladies floor hockey to try and keep in shape. :) My forte is baking. Pies especially. I really LOVE to bake. I also like to cook Italian dishes. I'm always looking to try new recipes.
