I'm 20 years old, I've been married to a wonderful man for 2 years (this November 2005), and we have a 7 month old son - Michael. I love to cook desserts, but I also love to whip up a spectacular main meal. There is something very satisfying about cooking a good home made meal. My mom and sister and I always get together and bake together for Thanksgiving meal. We normally start at 8:00 am so we are ready to eat by 2:00! I have to say my cooking triumph would be my Cajun Chicken Pasta. I cooked it for my Grandmother and she loved it. A compliment from her is the highest I can think of. When I was 6 years old I decided to bake a cake for my mom and dad (who were napping with my younger brother sister). I made a box cake, but I lined the pans with cornmeal instead of flour! They ate it, but they still pick on me for that...
