When started using this site, I was in college, looking for ways to eat ANYTHING besides Mac&Cheese or Ramen Noodles. I found lots of good staples, as well as some special recipes. Now out of college and married, this is where I come when I need something to make for dinner or for a party! Pasta! I also love seafood and preparing it in lots of different ways! My grandmother is an amazing cook. I love to try and recreate some of her favorites as well as bring something new to the table that can keep up with family traditions. My all day cinnamon rolls. All DAY! But they are so good. I set my apartment on fire boiling rice... something was in the burner... I had to use the fire extinguisher.
