Ham 'n' Cheese Mashed Potatoes

This was good. I added some sliced green onions with the ham as I had leftovers to use up. Very tasty!

Japanese Zucchini and Onions

very good zucchini recipe! I made this today when the z in my garden is coming on. I added a handful of snow peas as they are just beginning to get ready. A great harvest side dish!

Chicken and Mushroom Chowder

Very good chowder. I know a couple who was sick and made this for them, and some for home too- a triple batch! Needs some salt. Otherwise it is great and I will make it again-thanks!
