This has become my go-to guacamole recipe. It is perfect! I do make one change now and that is to replace the regular onions with green onions. Occasionally I will add a half of a jalapeno as well, whenever I want an extra kick.

This is easy, but really not very good with basic ingredients. I used Rolos and I would not recommend them. The chocolate part tasted really cheap and the pretzels were a strange texture (which might be tolerated if the chocolate/caramel part was good). I may try it again with Dove Chocolate Caramels sometime, and will also toast the pecans first if I make this recipe again.

These are delicious! I used a small stainless steel scoop to form the balls, and they were the perfect size. If you have trouble dipping them then they just need to be refrigerated longer. I made the peppermint portion in the morning, and then left them in the refrigerator all day and dipped them at night. I had no trouble with the peppermint falling apart. These will definitely be added to my candy recipe box.
