English Tea Cakes
Wow, these are delicious. I thought they tasted like shortbread cookies, but my husband said they were more like butter cookies. Either way, they were FANTASTIC! (I didn't use nuts, however.) On half the batch, I added a thumbprint of apricot preserves, and those were even better! I won't be making this very often, though, because I ATE WAY TOO MANY!!
