Slow Cooker Green Beans, Ham and Potatoes
I don't eat pork so I made this for my just my husband. I am afraid that he did not like this very much. My cooker only has low and high so it was difficult to figure out just the right length of time to cook the food. My green beans came out crunchy but so did my potatoes. My onions seemed kinda soggy. I put it in the fridge, over night, and pulled it out to consider a meal of leftovers. There was a thin layer of fat on the whole thing. My DH took one look at that and said he would make himself a sandwich. I think the recipe is probably perfect for someone that has the right slow cooker or knows how to measure the times, just right.

Good Good Green Beans
I ended up altering this recipe a bit but never would have thought to add the ingredients that the recipe called for if I had not read it first. I took out the sprouts and substituted olive oil. I served it for Christmas and almost everyone ate some..even with allll the other non green food on the table. (my family is mainly meat and potato eaters..no greens)
